11th Circuit Court of Appeals Reversal Allows Eleanor Attwood’s Client, Brenda Smelter to Proceed to Trial

 

“On Monday, the 11th Circuit…allowed the hostile workplace claim to go to trial.”  [B]ecause of the “daily frequency and extreme severity of the harassment,” Smelter’s workplace claim should be heard by a jury, said the opinion, joined by Judge Bill Pryor and Senior Judge Lanier Anderson. Read more here
